Shipping, handling & delivery policies

You agree to pay any shipping, handling, and delivery charges shown at the time you make a purchase for purchases within the continental United States. For shipments outside of the continental US, additional charges will apply, and we will contact you directly to determine the most cost effective shipping available. Once you have paid the additional shipping fees, then your product will be released for shipment.

We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate these charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before your order is shipped. Generally, shipping and delivery are handled by a third party courier.

DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

BoxCave is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We will work with you and the shipping company to determine if the shipment can be corrected or what the best alternative may exist.

Once the delivery has been made based on your specifications, we are no longer responsible for any damage or delay on part of other persons, circumstances, or for the security of its contents. You are responsible for inspecting all Products you receive from us for any damage or other issues upon delivery. If you think the product has been damaged during shipment, you should contact our support@boxcavefurniture.comimmediately (preferably within 72 hours) of delivery to report your concern so we can work to resolve the issue.

BoxCave is not responsible for damage or loss of personal property during deliveries if evidence of misconduct cannot be provided.

Refunds will not be issued for delays that are the result of factors outside BoxCave Furniture’s control, including but not limited to weather,shipping delays, or other unexpected events (natural disasters, wars, etc.) as they relate to our delivery partners. If for any reason we have to cancel your delivery, or if we are made aware of certain unusual delays, you will be notified by email.
