Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact our support group as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We expect you to try out the BoxCave furniture to make sure it provides an acceptable level of gaming experience, as well as complimenting your household decor. However, all precautions should be taken to make sure the BoxCave unit is not damaged or abused, which will void our ability to accept the return. We will require pictures of of the unit to be emailed to our support team as part of the review process. All tags, instructions, and paperwork should be repackaged with the unit in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at We will provide instructions on what pictures are needed to show the unit is not damaged. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item in the order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on all sale items or gift cards. We will review the return request and provide potential instructions or options.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (typically 7-10 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Refunds will not be issued for delays that are the result of factors outside BoxCave Furniture’s control, including but not limited to weather, shipping delays, or other unexpected events (natural disasters, wars, etc.) as they relate to our delivery partners. If for any reason we have to cancel your delivery, or if we are made aware of certain unusual delays, you will be notified by email.
